Carla Bella in Downtown Portland is really the best place I've found for women's fashion in the area. Her cloths are not inexpensive, but they're much less than some of the other boutiques and she's got a great eye for the interesting and unusual that works for everyday or special occasion. I've actually seen a real improvement in how I dress since I discovered her. She's also a really nice person.
