Reid William Salon & Day Spa

DO NOT GO HERE. I went to Reid William to get blonde highlights in my hair. I think the girl who did my hair was named Jess or Jessica. I told her i wanted my hair as all-over blonde looking as possible. My hair was already pretty blonde with heavy blonde highlights but i wanted it lighter. Now I have gone to many hair salons and they have all given me blonde highlights but since this place is pretty expensive i thought would try it. This girl put highlights in my hair and it turned my hair ORANGE and GREEN AND GRAY. my hair was FALLING OUT IN CLUMPS. so she puts the toner on it but it didnt help at all. so she gets another girl to come in and help her and they decide since my hair is so damaged and looks so horrible they should start over by dying my hair brown and re-highlighting it. so they dye my hair brown and it didnt take to my hair. so they had to use another permanent darker dye that made my hair BLACK. and by this point my hair was just falling out so bad that they couldnt re-highlight it. so i had to leave with black hair when i went for blonde. and on top of all of this, the OWNER of the salon tried to make me PAY for all the products they had to use to try to fix all their mistakes, totaling to over 500 DOLLARS. i told her i didnt pay for black damaged hair, i paid for blonde. i was expecting to pay 250 for blonde hair, not 500 for black overly damaged hair. i told her i shoulnt have to pay for their mistakes but she told me i had no choice (they already had my credit card information) and she made me cry in the salon. i finally conned her into letting me pay 250 for my black damaged hair. a year later i now realize i should have fought harder, i shouldnt have had to pay a single dime since now, exactly one YEAR later, my hair still isnt the same texture it was before this experience due to the HORRIBLE DAMAGE they caused my hair. it is just now getting back to as blonde as it was before i went to this horrible salon.
